When will my order be shipped?
Vape Official has a 24 - 48 hour processing time for all orders. We strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible because we value our customers.
We process orders Monday - Friday as the orders are received. We do not ship orders on Sundays and U.S. Federal holidays. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00.
Where do you ship to?
Vape Official ships to all 50 U.S. States, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. For armed forces, please select the appropriate APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method.
We currently do not offer international shipping options.
Please Note: Certain orders will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. For any reason we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice.
Estimated Transit Times:
- USPS First Class Mail (Snail Mail): 4 - 10 Business Days* in transit
- USPS Priority (Standard Shipping) 2 - 4 Business Days* in transit
- USPS Priority Express (Rush Shipping) 1 - 2 Business Days* in transit
- Orders must be completed by 2:00PM (PST) to be sent out the same day.
- APO/FPO: Orders to military addresses can take up to 14 Business Days* in transit.

Vape Official doesn't guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us. There are certain exceptions for a package arriving late such as weather delays and failed delivery attempts.

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "My Account" page.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.
USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
Missing or Damaged Items:
We strive to ensure all orders are packed correctly and complete, however; if you receive missing or items arrive broken, please contact our customer service care team immediately upon receiving your order. We will further assist you and find the proper solution.
Vape Official is not responsible for lost packages. If you believe your package is lost, you must file a claim with the carrier. Priority Shipping options are insured up to $100.
