Returns & Exchanges
Vape Official handles returns and exchanges on a case-by-case scenario. We strive to ensure each customer is satisfied with the purchase.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for unopened, undamaged or defective items. Each item must be returned in the factory sealed packaging within 14 days of the original purchase.
Due to sanitary and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns on the following items:
- Replacement Pods
- Replacement Coils
- Replacement Glass Sections
- Drip Tips
- Atomizers (RDA, RTA, RDTA and Sub Ohm Tanks)
- Battery Chargers
Once a return has been approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Order #
- Phone Number
- Reason for Return
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
All "Dead on Arrivals" hardware products must be reported to Vape Official within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please inspect all items carefully upon receiving the package. It is your responsibility to check each item within the span of time and notify us if there are any problems.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our facility. Once we receive the item (s) and are approved, we will issue a refund minus the 20% restocking fee.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc). Vape Official is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
